That whole thing works miraculously by itself and usually perfectly. From your first breath. As a baby, you were perfect with all the potential for a rich life&nbsp;within you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">From baby you&nbsp;grew up to adult. On the&nbsp;life path&nbsp;&nbsp; you have gained experiences and collected ideas from others. Things learned for survival, made your own, established in your&nbsp;body as procedure. And for unsafe&nbsp;events&nbsp;that were too much for us emotionally, as vulnerable young people we devised ingenious solutions to survive.&nbsp;That insecurity was usually in relation to&nbsp;others. Most often with the people who were close to us&nbsp;and important to our well-being. That too was recorded in your body, from an injury (trauma). This is how habits and preferences, and eventually your personality, emerged. All taught from insecurity. So not always functional. Seldom&nbsp;a free&nbsp;choice as an adult.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>The&nbsp;way back to freedom is through physically experienced safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To release blockages in our bodies and in our minds. To become healthy, free and happy again, like a baby. Through the mind you may gain understanding but real change must come from your body, your subconscious conditioning.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>How&nbsp;I&nbsp;like to work<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We work <strong>together equally<\/strong> with each having our own responsibility<\/li>\n<li>We work on the basis of <strong>mutual trust<\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We work with <strong>what presents itself in the flow <\/strong>of the moment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>From mutual respect and with loving attention<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>What&nbsp;I do for you<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/keesklesman.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/1298sm-700x468.jpg\" alt=\"1298sm\" width=\"440\" height=\"294\"><\/p>\n<p>During a session, you very consciously get in touch with your body, your subconscious and your feelings.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>We&nbsp;combine mindful and focused body contact&nbsp;with&nbsp;your breathing as an anchor<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>With a&nbsp;combination of techniques and&nbsp;my experience as a coach, we activate the body&#8217;s own feedback processes for recovery and new insight.&nbsp;Starting point is that your body knows best what is good for you. And that body and subconscious are one, you already knew that.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive from me a variety&nbsp;of physical and cognitive balancing tools&nbsp;&nbsp; depending on the feedback during the session.&nbsp;The goal is to restore your mental and physical&nbsp;balance during our&nbsp;session which will make you feel more energetic, choice and free.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our&nbsp;appointments<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Content&nbsp;of sessions is&nbsp;<strong>strictly confidential<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>We&nbsp;<strong>respect<\/strong> <strong>each other&#8217;s boundaries. <\/strong>We discuss those boundaries in advance to ensure personal&nbsp;safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal hygiene<\/strong> is important. Should you wish to shower before or after a session,&nbsp;there is a shower and towels available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical contact<\/strong> is always and only at the service of the session. We discuss in advance what feels OK to you&nbsp;. You mainly specify how you want to be dressed during a&nbsp;session.<\/li>\n<li>At any time <strong>during a session<\/strong>, you can indicate what feels comfortable or uncomfortable for you.<\/li>\n<li>A session is absolutely <strong>no<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;substitute for regular medical care! <\/strong>For contraindications, I will not give a session without written&nbsp;permission&nbsp;from a regular doctor.<\/li>\n<li>Always indicate what<strong>&nbsp;concerns&nbsp;<\/strong>you have or for which you are receiving treatment elsewhere&nbsp;. Both physically and mentally. Then&nbsp;I can take that into account in our&nbsp;session.<\/li>\n<li>If you are <strong>satisfied<\/strong> (8-10) it is nice if you tell others or even perhaps gift someone a session. Are&nbsp;you not satisfied (1-7) tell me in time so I can adjust the way I work&nbsp;so that you leave&nbsp;still&nbsp;satisfied.&nbsp;In case you are still not satisfied with the session&nbsp;you have my&nbsp;<strong>guarantee<\/strong> that you pay nothing.<\/li>\n<li>The price&nbsp;from&nbsp;a session&nbsp;&nbsp; need not be an obstacle <strong>if you are struggling financially<\/strong>.&nbsp;We will then make an appointment according to your ability to pay.
