Simple: my body is here and now. So when I enter my body I enter it now. More difficult is not.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Feeling Breath<\/li>\n<li>Experiencing sensations through senses.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping body still, including eyes<\/li>\n<li>Hear what you hear including &#8220;white noise.<\/li>\n<li>Listening to music<\/li>\n<li>Feeling where your body is touching something.<\/li>\n<li>Smelling, perfumes, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Dancing and moving. Movement is in the now. Especially spontaneous movement. So not to a form.<\/li>\n<li>Singing together.<\/li>\n<li>Being touched as in massage<\/li>\n<li>Havening (self-embracing)<\/li>\n<li>Body scan<\/li>\n<li>Standing on 1 leg, balancing with body<\/li>\n<li>Push hands together and feel which one pushes the hardest<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the NOW, there is no to little thinking. Would that mean it is now a safe place? Could be. Because if it is not safe then my body instinctively reacts to create safety. In the NOW. I just observe what happens. Like I instinctively snatch a child away from a touching car. There is no thinking involved. Real NOW knows no thoughts. So no thought is NOW. That means there is actually no past and future. No clock indicating where I am. Rather, it is the absence of a safety creating tool, thinking. So safe is NOW. Then there is no movement.<\/p>\n<p>Safe is a relative term. If the system becomes unbalanced, it will move and depending on the degree or likelihood of becoming unbalanced, the reaction will be more or less severe. If I need food or drink there will be a different reaction than if I am attacked by a wild bear. Or when I haven&#8217;t eaten for weeks because the harvest failed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do I get into the now?
