Patterns of Physical Transformation (PPT) is a combination of somatic education, neuromuscular movement education and bodywork with the goal of promoting healing and healing of the body.
PPT was developed by Dr. Ron Perry and Dr. Edie Perry. Their work is inspired in part by the work of Dr. Richard Bandler, co-developer of Neuro Linguistic Programming® (NLP), the work of Moshe Feldenkrais and from a range of techniques and insights from the world of yoga, tai chi and other body-mind systems. PPT involves neurological changes to improve mobility and posture.
A basic idea of PPT is that the body and mind form a unit that must also be treated as such in order to solve certain problems. Ron and Edie have spent many years perfecting their techniques to promote healing and healing, and in 2007 they began passing on their knowledge.
The difference that makes the difference in Patterns of Physical Transformation, compared to other method, is that you develop a strong awareness of the neurological functioning of a body and at the same time become aware of the possibilities of directing and changing a person’s “state of being” (“state”). By applying gentle techniques and directing the state of mind, the body is directed to quickly and effectively change muscle tension and make the body feel more comfortable.
Everyone benefits from PPT in their own way whether you are a healer, doctor, chiropractor, osteopath or bodyworker or if you are interested in improving your own health and/or that of your family and friends.
