BodyMind does not provide medical treatments. Visiting this website is not a substitute for a consultation with a family doctor. Always consult your doctor or medical specialist if you have any health complaints or doubts about your health! For medical complaints, you can always consult with your treating physician or specialist before undergoing a balancing session. BodyMind cannot be held liable for material and/or immaterial damage as a result of the balancing sessions.
BodyMind sessions as described on this website are expressly an addition to existing, regular health care and not a replacement for it
If you have any medical complaints, are undergoing treatment by a doctor or specialist, or are taking medication that affects responsiveness, you should mention this. Important for women: if you are pregnant, or in the lead up to becoming pregnant, you should report it. Also, if the pregnancy is difficult, you should report this prior to treatment. You are responsible for communicating important information regarding your health.
BodyMind recommends not engaging in strenuous or busy activities after a session because of possible knock-on effects of a session. It will certainly benefit a session to take it easy after.
Contra-indications are reasons why a person should not be treated (= absolute) or partially (= relative) unless there is permission from the treating physician and/or specialist. When in doubt, always consult your doctor or specialist. In order to ensure that you may be fully/partially massaged, a brief intake will be taken prior to each massage. Also mention if you are in treatment with a mental health professional.
Please note that if the BodyMind coach is not fully or misinformed, BodyMind cannot be held liable for damage and or injury resulting from a BodyMind balancing session.
Absolute contra indications: Covid-19 infection and associated symptoms, fever, common flu, diseases in which there is increased metabolism, infectious skin diseases, infectious diseases, severe vascular diseases, psoriasis, cancer, thrombosis, use of antidepressants, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, extreme fatigue and exhaustion and (intended) pregnancy.
Relative contra-indications: open wounds, pregnancy, inflammation, traumatic conditions and varicose veins. Of course, any session with someone under the influence of alcohol and drugs is out of the question.
Traceable personal and medical information will never be provided to third parties without written consent.
Cancellation of a session is possible up to 24 hours in advance, by phone, app or email. After this, the session will be charged in full.
Billing and payment
Unless otherwise agreed, you pay immediately after delivery of the service. This can be done in cash, via a Tikkei, by PIN, or by credit card. Business billing is possible.
The gift certificate can only be used for BodyMind sessions. The validity of the gift certificate and treatment card is 1 year from the date of issue.
The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash. A gift certificate ordered via email cannot be canceled. Only original gift certificates (not copies) will be accepted as payment. BodyMind Balancing is not responsible for lost gift certificates and they will not be refunded.
BodyMind is not liable for the consequences of using the information provided on this website. Information may be inaccurate or incomplete. Although the articles on the website are written with the utmost care, they may nevertheless contain inaccuracies.
