Recovery begins only when your body signals safe

You are a whole of myriad and incomprehensible physical, chemical and mental processes. That whole thing works miraculously by itself and usually perfectly. From your first breath. As a baby, you were perfect with all the potential for a rich life within you.

From baby you grew up to adult. On the life path   you have gained experiences and collected ideas from others. Things learned for survival, made your own, established in your body as procedure. And for unsafe events that were too much for us emotionally, as vulnerable young people we devised ingenious solutions to survive. That insecurity was usually in relation to others. Most often with the people who were close to us and important to our well-being. That too was recorded in your body, from an injury (trauma). This is how habits and preferences, and eventually your personality, emerged. All taught from insecurity. So not always functional. Seldom a free choice as an adult.

The way back to freedom is through physically experienced safety

To release blockages in our bodies and in our minds. To become healthy, free and happy again, like a baby. Through the mind you may gain understanding but real change must come from your body, your subconscious conditioning.

During a session, you very consciously get in touch with your body, your subconscious and your feelings.

We combine mindful and focused body contact with your breathing as an anchor

With a combination of techniques and my experience as a coach, we activate the body’s own feedback processes for recovery and new insight. Starting point is that your body knows best what is good for you. And that body and subconscious are one, you already knew that.

You will receive from me a variety of physical and cognitive balancing tools   depending on the feedback during the session. The goal is to restore your mental and physical balance during our session which will make you feel more energetic, choice and free.

Our appointments

  1. Content of sessions is strictly confidential
  2. We respect each other’s boundaries. We discuss those boundaries in advance to ensure personal safety.
  3. Personal hygiene is important. Should you wish to shower before or after a session, there is a shower and towels available.
  4. Physical contact is always and only at the service of the session. We discuss in advance what feels OK to you . You mainly specify how you want to be dressed during a session.
  5. At any time during a session, you can indicate what feels comfortable or uncomfortable for you.
  6. A session is absolutely no substitute for regular medical care! For contraindications, I will not give a session without written permission from a regular doctor.
  7. Always indicate what concerns you have or for which you are receiving treatment elsewhere . Both physically and mentally. Then I can take that into account in our session.
  8. If you are satisfied (8-10) it is nice if you tell others or even perhaps gift someone a session. Are you not satisfied (1-7) tell me in time so I can adjust the way I work so that you leave still satisfied. In case you are still not satisfied with the session you have my guarantee that you pay nothing.
  9. The price from a session   need not be an obstacle if you are struggling financially. We will then make an appointment according to your ability to pay. I like to work according to the “Robin Hood principle.
  10. All products used in a session have a 100% natural origin.
