trauma is an aloneness issue. It needs to be seen and heard to be healed.
In its own time. In its own place and space and pace. depending on the level of agency of the client. They need to be helped with attaining agency. That is prime to progress at the risk of retraumatiso=ing at a deeper level. especially when there is a tendency to adapt themselves to the surroundings, as with the trauma.
