Trauma? Doesn’t that bother you? Well I do!

Trauma is once experienced hopeless solitude with no perspective. Which was experienced by me as a small child. My survival system was looking for a survival solution. Koos’ something’ to overcome this terrible feeling. It was just too much. Never again. Like I was looking straight into the sun with my eyes open. The Japanese occupying forces cut off prisoners’ eyelids and put them in full sunlight so that they became blind. My brain pinches off too many impulses to make it manageable.

All human action is about regulation.
