A BodyMind Tantsu session also involves synchronized breathing, now combined with embraces and stretches. We use various techniques including passive stretching, pressure, contact with the energetic body and spontaneous movements.

A session offers complete relaxation in a non-sexual and safe intimate contact. The embraces, in which our whole body lies comfortably and moves with the masseur, create a sensation of deep security in which it is safe to relax and open and heal in a new form of intimacy.
