He who does not listen must feel

Most important in burnout is the restoration of connection between body and mind. Too often the body has been poorly or not listened to, with dire consequences. Something didn’t feel quite right but you thought …. ah … etc … and did nothing else with it. And so of everything built up over an extended period of time. With all the stress that entails.

Your body has experienced and held negative tension with Burnout. That takes a lot of energy. That blocks you. You notice this immediately. So step one is to remove the tension in your body. In peace and confidence. We will also examine the safety and tranquility of your environment.

Also important is to experience from the inside who you are and what pleasure feels like. Maybe you had forgotten. To be able to take your life from there again.

Together we can pay attention to:

  1. Your
    life goals
To get those clear. What do you want for yourself?
What is and what is not good for you?
  2. What are your
    values
    ?
What do you think is important in how people treat you, interact with each other?
  3. How do you deal with
    stimuli
    from outside?
    Could that be different?
  4. Does your current way of being still fit the
    environment
in which you live and work?
  5. What stimuli cause you stress and how do you prevent them?
    Which
    signals
    is your body giving?
  6. Where do you get positive
    energy
    from, what nourishes you?
And what and who cost you energy? And what does that mean for your recovery?
  7. How do you go about the
    conversation
to those around you with what you have learned about yourself?
