You explore in this series of treatments both the practical side of your recovery as well as the physical and spiritual aspect of it. Through the repetition of ultra-deep relaxation and if necessary trauma release work, we get to your core from which natural healing from within is possible. You also pay attention to the physiology of stress, including the 5 natural stress responses. Two you already know, the flight and fight responses. What does stress do to your body and mind and how can you prevent it.

Scheduling several sessions in a row slowly gets your body back to “normal,” its original natural state before your BurnOut symptoms. Through repetition, your body remembers how rest once felt and what is needed for it.

EACH COURSE INCLUDES WHATSAPP COACHING, IN BETWEEN SESSIONS AND AFTERWARDS

BodyMind Balancing uses synchronous-pressure massage with your conscious breathing as the anchor in these treatments.

We thereby de-activate the sympathetic nervous system (our flight-fight-freeze impulses = chronic stress) and activate the para-sympathetic nervous system (relaxation, digestion, sexuality and recovery).

This helps restore your normal chemical balance, from the inside out.

During a session, you focus on physical and mental sensations to further deepen and anchor them.

Where necessary and if desired by you, hypnotic suggestions may be added to the treatment.

Each session is preceded by a short personal coaching session.
