Starting at the core. Rest ìs symptom control. You have to go to the core. Address the core. Like with a cone there is more and more building on the original trauma. If you expose the core, the original charge then all subsequent behavior disappears. This requires adjustment on all levels but with time, sleep and sessions where there is deep release the body completes this process automatically. Behaviors no longer needed for safety will disappear. habits are now seen in a different light. so they evaporate. Reframing gives my 100x handwashing another meaning and if I feel safe now then the regeulatory effect of e.g. OCD behavior like handwashing is obsolete. .

Treatment should be reflection of idea of safety and reconnection.

Reparenting. Together. Team. Repeat early days but now in a good way. And there must first be a perspective and re-imagining of safe. To know the systen is NOT broken.
