Narcissistic behavior makes victims
This is still too much under-recognized
Too often by the victims themselves

Narcissism is the word of the day, it seems. Leading leaders exhibit behaviors that experts describe as narcissistic. It seems like standards of manners are fading, truth is being overtaken by lies and manipulation is the new form of communication.

Whatever it is called, whoever does it, the effect is far-reaching: insecurity, doubt, destabilization & isolation, blurring personal boundaries, feelings of helplessness, burn-out symptoms, fatigue, depression and, at the same time, the desire to do well so that the other person treats you nicely. Which is usually the case for a while. Power erodes is an old saying. And narcissistic behavior is focused on power. By often smart and charming people. That makes them attractive. And that attracts people, like a moth flies to the light. Sometimes against my better judgment. With dire consequences.

As a coach, I have in-depth experience with narcissism and its effects. Firsthand accounts. And know what steps to take to be able to stand in your power again. We do not want to and cannot change others, especially regarding narcissistic behavior. We are not going to put labels on people who exhibit certain behaviors. However, we do want to be extremely resilient to toxic behaviors that undermine our well-being and happiness in life.

It’s about arming you against unwanted behavior

In some
Body
Mind
sessions we will explore together

  • what behavior you are actually dealing with
  • How the system of manipulation and control works
  • how to guard against this and what practical steps are possible in your life
  • What psychological and physical damage you have suffered

Then we restore your balance from deep inner peace. And where necessary, remove built-up tension with targeted trauma interventions. So that you can choose for yourself again, be sure of yourself and be full and happy in life.

More energy! You are back in your power!
