Am I a bio-computer?

Well, why not. In any case, my BodyMind does resemble a large bio database with operating system. Everything is stored in relevant places and accessible for security operations. My computer’s screen and keys are just as important as everything else that is invisibly inside it and working at top speed for me.

I sometimes use the computer metaphor when explaining conditioning.

Java programming takes care of translating deep code in my computer to an outcome I want, so that a movie that appears on my screen, the printer that prints or that a text that is readable to me appears. When I have the latest Java version 8 everything runs like clockwork. But if I have too old a version then something can go wrong at crucial moments. Then what I want doesn’t happen. Then even my screen can go black.

This is also how conditioning works. Then, at a seemingly unsafe time for my BodyMind, the never-updated Java version 3 is used for translation, with all the unwanted consequences. Overreacting, freezing, panic, fear sweating, blushing, overthinking, as well as unpleasant feelings such as shame, insecurity, etc.

Right environment needed in terms of temperature, light etc, power supply and an internet connection, just like babies need warmth, nutrition and touch.
